Amazon expected to announce Kindle Fire 2, smartphone, "Paperwhite" e-reader

(CBS News) Amazon is approaching to announce several new products during a press discussion Thursday in Los Angeles. Among a sell giant’s lineup might be a Kindle Fire 2, smartphone and a new “Paperwhite” Kindle e-reader.

The new Kindle Fire 2 might underline a tradition chronicle of Google’s mobile handling complement Android, Nokia Navigation and location-services – possibly with a GPS chip or Wi-Fi triangulation.

According to The Verge, mixed sources have reliable that Amazon will launch an Android-based smartphone. This will be a company’s initial incursion into a smartphone market. There are now no sum on pricing and availability.
